CRM Berberis Minima is a program based on our small enterprises management system. It should be used only on one workstation. The program supports business contacts management in small enterprises. System options which enables one to make full evidence of customers and business contacts, register and plan the further work, create marketing groups and send serial mailing are provided by the system.
Functions including store management services, technical support and issue of invoices are not available in CRM Berberis Minima. However the system can be quickly extended and developed without loosing the entered data.
